Dear customer, thank you for choosing the U2U Super Shoe Cleaning service. Before purchasing or using a U2U membership card, U2U account top-up service, or U2U cleaning service card (collectively, the “Prepaid Service”), please carefully read and fully understand all terms of this Agreement. Purchase, payment, or use of the service constitutes your acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to all terms of this Agreement and agree to be bound by them.

Article 1: General Provisions

1.1 This Agreement is between you and U2U Super Shoe Cleaning regarding the purchase of a personal membership card, personal account top-up service, and cleaning service card.

1.2 The “Prepaid Services” referred to in this Agreement include, but are not limited to, registered or unregistered electronic membership cards, electronic membership accounts, account top-up balances, and limited-time cleaning cards (e.g., 5-time cards, 10-time cards, etc.).

Article 2: Purchase and Top-up

2.1 The denominations and top-up balances of membership cards and cleaning cards are clearly indicated by the Company. You may purchase them based on your needs.

2.2 When top-up your account or purchasing cleaning cards, you must pay through the official channels designated by the Company. Please carefully confirm the items and amounts purchased before making any payment.

2.3 Upon completion of payment, the Company will promptly activate the corresponding benefits for your account or issue the cleaning card. You can verify your balance or number of visits through the inquiry method provided by the Company.

Article 3: Rules of Use

3.1 The balance on your membership card and the use of the use card can only be used to pay for cleaning services at U2U Super Shoe Cleaning and cannot be used to purchase other goods or services.

3.2 When using your membership card or use card to pay, the corresponding number of visits or amount will be deducted from the Company’s then-current service price.

3.3 Please keep your membership card or electronic account information secure. The Company is not responsible for any losses caused by loss, damage, or leakage of your membership card or account password due to any user’s own fault.

Article 4: Important Notice (Refunds, Change, and Cash Out)

4.1 No Refunds: All prepaid services purchased (including membership cards, account balances, and refill cards) are non-refundable. This payment is considered a prepayment for future U2U Super Shoe Cleaning services. The Company does not provide refunds for any reason (including, but not limited to, personal reasons for no longer requiring the service or dissatisfaction with the service performance).

4.2 No Change: When using refill cards or membership cards, if the price of a single service does not evenly divide the balance on the card or the number of times used, no change (cash or otherwise) will be provided. Please plan your use accordingly.

4.3 No Redemption: The stored value balance and remaining times on the membership card are for consumption only and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to other non-designated services, or issued for any other vouchers other than invoices under any circumstances.

4.4 Expiration: Please note that your prepaid service purchase may have an expiration date (see the purchase instructions for details). Upon expiration of the expiration date, any unused balance or times on the card will be automatically forfeited without extension or refund.

Article 5: Service Changes and Termination

5.1 The Company reserves the right to adjust service prices, content, or rules based on operational needs and will publicly announce such changes in advance. After the price adjustment, the value of your card balance or use times will remain unchanged, but purchases will be deducted based on the new price.

5.2 If the Company is unable to continue providing services due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances, the Company will provide advance notice and properly handle subsequent matters, but does not guarantee a full refund.

Article 6: Contract Amendment

6.1 The Company reserves the right to amend any term of this Agreement to the extent permitted by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The amended Agreement will take effect after being posted on official platforms (such as stores, websites, smart lockers, etc.).

6.2 Your continued use of the Services after the amendment to this Agreement will be deemed your acceptance of the amended Agreement.

Article 7: Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1 The conclusion, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

7.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Article 8: Miscellaneous

8.1 All matters not covered by this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the relevant regulations of the Company.

8.2 The Company reserves the final right of interpretation of this Agreement.

A further reminder: Before making any payment, please ensure that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to all of the above terms. Your payment constitutes your full consent.
