2. This system assumes no responsibility for the following situations:

(1) Service interruption, data loss, etc. caused by force majeure, network failure, hacker attack, etc.;

(2) Losses caused by the user’s violation of this agreement or relevant laws and regulations;

(3) Losses caused by the user’s modification, deletion or disclosure of account information;

(4) Losses caused by the user’s violation of the legal rights and interests of others when using this system service. 3. This system does not assume any responsibility for the following situations:

(1) Losses caused by users downloading or using third-party software, software and hardware, plug-ins and other tools not approved by the company;

(2) Losses caused by users publishing illegal or unauthorized information on this system;

(3) Disputes arising from users’ participation in interactions, purchases of goods or services on this system.

III. Intellectual Property

1. All content provided by this system, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, etc., are owned by this system or its licensors and are protected by the Copyright Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and other relevant laws and regulations. 2. Users who publish content on this system must ensure they possess legal copyrights, patents, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. If a user violates this provision, this system reserves the right to delete the content and pursue legal action.

IV. Privacy Protection

1. This system is committed to protecting the security of users’ personal information and strictly complying with all relevant laws and regulations of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

2. This system will implement necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the security of users’ personal information and prevent its disclosure, tampering, or unauthorized use.

3. Users consent to the collection and use of their personal information for purposes such as optimizing the system’s services, placing advertisements, and conducting marketing promotions.

V. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The execution, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

VI. Other

1. The execution, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

2. Any amendments, supplements, or changes to this Agreement shall be in writing.

3. This Agreement shall be effective upon the user’s actual use of this system and shall remain in effect until either party terminates this Agreement in writing or the user’s service period with this system expires.
