Online Payment Service Agreement
(Applicable to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region)

I. Agreement Subject and Legal Effect
This Agreement is entered into between [Hong Kong KF Trade Limited] (hereinafter referred to as “the Company” or “the Platform”), a company registered under the laws of Hong Kong (Company Number: [75524166]), and the user (hereinafter referred to as “you”) and governs your use of the online payment service through [the Company’s government-registered trademark U2U.HK/Website/APP]. By making a purchase, making a payment, or using the Platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to all terms of this Agreement and agree to be bound by it.
By clicking on this clause or actually using the service, you are deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please cease use immediately.
II. Definitions
- “Online Payment Services” refers to services such as payment, purchase, consumption, top-up, and refund completed over the Internet.
- “Payment Tools” includes but is not limited to credit cards, debit cards, e-wallets (such as AlipayHK and WeChat Pay HK), PayMe, Octopus, and Faster Payment System (FPS).
- “Privacy Policy” refers to the platform’s rules governing the processing of user personal data.
III. Scope of Services
- Services provided by the Platform include:
– Online purchase and selection of cleaning services;
– Online top-up of consumption funds, cleaning packages, and cleaning cards;
– Transaction record inquiries;
– Disputed transaction handling.
- Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Restrictions:
– You confirm that you are located in Hong Kong when using the Services and that the payment instrument is issued by a Hong Kong authorized institution;
– Cross-border payments are subject to the Hong Kong Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance (Cap. 584).
IV. User Obligations
- Identity Verification:
– Pursuant to the Hong Kong Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Ordinance (Cap. 615), you may be required to provide real identity information (such as name and identity card/passport number).
2. Compliance with regulations:
– It must not be used for illegal activities (such as money laundering, gambling, fraud, etc.);
– It must not circumvent Hong Kong’s foreign exchange control regulations (such as large-scale cross-border fund transfers must be reported).
V. Fees and Settlement
- The handling fee will be clearly displayed on the transaction page and may include:
– Transaction fees charged by the bank/payment institution (if applicable);
– Currency exchange rate difference (if applicable).
- Refund Rules:
– The refund rights required by the Hong Kong “Consumer Council Guidelines” will be clearly marked;
– If the refund is returned to the original route, the processing time is [10] working days.
VI. Privacy and Data Protection
- Privacy Policy Applicable:
– You agree that the Platform may collect, use, and transfer your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- Data Storage:
– Data will be stored in Hong Kong or in a location that complies with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.
– You have the right to request access to or correction of your data.
VII. Disclaimer
The Platform assumes no liability for the following:
- Losses caused by your failure to properly safeguard your account information;
- Transaction failures caused by interruptions in bank, payment institution, or network services;
- Force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government actions).
VIII. Modification and Termination of the Agreement
- Notification of Modifications:
– Notices will be made via platform announcements. Continued use after the modification constitutes acceptance.
- Termination of Service:
– You may cease using the Service at any time.
– The Platform reserves the right to suspend service to any violating user and report the violation to the Hong Kong Police Force or other regulatory authorities.
IX. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: The laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
- Dispute Resolution:
– Mediation through the Hong Kong Mediation Centre will be preferred.
– If mediation fails, the dispute will be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
X. Others
- Language Version: In the event of a conflict between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
